Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM local time may begin processing the next business day. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. We ship within the United States only using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Estimated delivery times after shipment are: Standard Shipping 3–7 business days, Expedited Shipping 2–3 business days, Overnight Shipping 1 business day. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions, if offered, apply to qualifying orders after discounts and before tax. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email and are responsible for monitoring tracking information. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information. If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery and provide clear photos of the product, outer packaging, and shipping label so we can review and resolve the issue. Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. Dietary supplements may be sensitive to extreme temperatures; customers are responsible for promptly retrieving and properly storing products upon delivery, and we are not liable for product degradation due to heat, cold, or weather exposure after delivery. We reserve the right to review, refuse, or cancel orders suspected of fraud and to require signature confirmation for high-value purchases.
